Low flow plumbing fixtures were used to conserve water. This includes waterless urinals, sensor-activated lavatory
faucets, low-flow kitchen faucets, low-flow showerheads
and tankless water heaters. Water savings for Sun Harbor Marina exceeds 37 percent.

Succulents were planted to reduce water requirements and existing trees were replanted during the project.
